Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms govern your use of Glint, provided by Glint ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

1. The service

Glint is a Windows app and web service that transcribes audio from your computer, optionally reads your screen, and generates AI suggestions in a private overlay. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and sign in with a Google account you control. One account is for one person; a single account can run one live session at a time. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Using Glint responsibly

  • You are responsible for using Glint lawfully and in line with the rules of any meeting, call, interview, exam or platform you use it in.
  • Where the law requires it, you must tell other participants and obtain their consent before their speech is transcribed.
  • Do not use Glint to harass anyone, infringe rights, or break any law.
  • Do not resell, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or share your account.

4. AI output

Suggestions are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical matters. You are responsible for what you say and do.

5. Hours, pricing and payment

  • You buy prepaid hours. Time is deducted per second while a live session is open. A question asked outside a live session uses 30 seconds.
  • Hours are valid for 180 days. Each purchase extends the validity of your whole balance to 180 days from that purchase. Expired hours cannot be restored.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.
  • Hours are non-transferable and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Glint at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. If we close your account without cause, we will refund your unused paid hours.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance; continuing to use Glint after they take effect means you accept them.
